The Sweet Law Firm began as Jim Sweet’s solo law practice in 1980 on North Main Street in Daphne, later moving to South Main Street in old downtown. In 1990, Jim formed Crabtree & Sweet with Jeff Crabtree and relocated to a new office on North Main. The firm returned to South Main Street in 1996, renovating the old post office building, where it remains today. Parker Sweet joined the firm in 2007. With the departure and subsequent retirement of Mr. Crabtree in 2018, the firm took on its current name, the Sweet Law Firm, PC.

No matter the name or location, the core function of our practice has always remained the same: helping people solve problems.
